On 29 June 2010, Givi Gambashidze – President of the “Fund of Caucasus”, Co-Chairman of the Commission for Scientific Collaboration with Countries of the Caucasus at the Georgian National Academy of Sciences, delivered the lectures at Educational-Scientific Center of History and Archaeology at Gori University:
 

• “Monuments of Georgian culture in the countries of the Northern Caucasus”;
• “The secret of Georgian King Vakhtang VI’s (1675-1737; crypt the Church of Assumption of the Holy Mother of God, city of Astrakhan).

The audience consisted of Gori University Administration, professors and lecturers, students and representatives of the community.
