On March 11 2010, Chechen researcher and Head of "Russian Congress of Caucasian Peoples" Eduard Khachukayev delivered a lecture "Ancient Nakh civilization" at Institute of Caucasiology of Iv. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. Chiefs of Institute of Caucasiology, Georgian scholars-caucasiologists, students and other interested persons attended at the lecture. Eduard Khachukayev's theory concerning the origin and culture of Nakh tribes excited keen interest. Director of Institute of Caucasiology Tsira Baramidze, Professors Joni Kvitsiani and Mikheil Kurdiani took part in the discussion of the topic.

Participants of the meeting expressed a wish to extend contacts between the scientific centers of Caucasian region and emphasized the necessity of scientific trips and programs on student exchange.
