Gala concert dedicated to the 30th anniversary of "Tbilisoba" holiday took place on Freedom Square on October 25, 2009 where was the announcement of the names of new "honorary citizens of Tbilisi". By the decision of Tbilisi City Administration, the famous Ingush writer and public figure Iysa Koazoy was awarded by this title for his merits to Georgia.
