"…Owing to its geopolitical position, the Caucasus is in the crossroads of the world political-economic and cultural interests. At the same time, inner ethnic, social, political and often artificial contradictions turn it into a highly explosive region.

There are two ways before the Caucasus. The first way will lead to the political, economic, cultural and ecological isolation and catastrophe. The second one is constructive.

The Caucasus is a unified, naturally formed organism and to ensure its peaceful and successful development, it is necessary to establish maximally harmonious relations between the all components (economic, political, cultural aspects, as well as aspects of ecology of culture, religious tolerance, "people's diplomacy", etc.).

Obviously, the integrity of problems does not exclude and even intends the necessity to apply the differentiated approach to them...
What way will be chosen by the distant descendants of Biblical Targamos's sons, "strong and eminent heroes"?
Preservation of the oldest civilization of the Caucasus and its unique environment is only possible by means of uniting Caucasian peoples, by their joint efforts, since it will be difficult to survive separately.

Our activities should be aimed at consolidation of all progressive and humanistic forces of the Caucasus. We should do our best to achieve peaceful, political solution of both objectively existent and artificially created problems.

We have inherent centuries-old historical experience of co-existence of peoples, cultures, religions, wise diplomacy of our ancestry, code of adopted brotherhood, war and peace, appreciation and recognition of friend's and enemy's merits, as well as knightly attitude towards Caucasian woman's peacemaking shawl. Those are native common Caucasian spiritual heights. And we must seek after them. Truly, with all our ardour we should pray so that the Light may be, and we believe God will help us and the Light will be…"
