International Linguistic Symposium in Tbilisi
The 3rd International Linguistic Symposium dedicated to the centenary of the famous Georgian linguist, Academician Ketevan Lomtatidze took place in Tbilisi on October 27-29, with the participation of the "Fund of Caucasus". The initiator of the Symposium was A. Chikobava Institute of Linguistics. The papers submitted to the Symposium concerned the structure, history and functioning of the Iberian-Caucasian languages.

Painters from the republics of the Northern Caucasus took part in the exhibition together with Georgian painters.
